You will need to provide:

  • Public liability insurance
  • Food registration if selling food
  • Liquor licence if selling alcohol
  • Own marquee, weights and setup equipment
  • Own tables, displays and signage
  • Power requirements if needed
  • Details of any vehicles, trailers or large setups
  • Compliance with bump-in and bump-out times

If approved, we’ll confirm your site type, price and any contribution details.

4. Secure your site

Your site is confirmed once payment is received.

5. Promote your attendance

We’ll send vendor info, bump-in details and promotional assets closer to the event.
